This 30min consult involves a review of your progress 

Bespoke workshops and cooking demonstrations are available for small and large groups. 

Topics include;

• Healthy snack ideas
• Healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options 
• Gut health 
• Healthy eating for the workplace 

Custom presentations can be made to suit your group

• Please check with your GP to see if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management plan. Having a plan will entitle you to up to 5 Medicare rebated sessions per year.
  
  • Please note: the current Medicare rebate is $60.35 per appointment. However, there will still be a gap payment charged for all appointments.

• If you have Private Health Insurance which contains extras cover, you may be able to claim some of the cost of your appointment.
  
• The majority of Private Health Insurance claims will be processed for you on the day of your appointment 

• This is not a Bulk Billing clinic, with the exception of patients who are Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) card holders, who will be Bulk Billed for all appointments 

• Gemma provides Dietetic care to both plan managed and self managed NDIS participants.
